Vegetable with Shrimp
Ingredients:
onion (chopped)
garlic (minced)
salt
1 teas. oil
squash (cut into cubes)
sitaw
okra (sliced)
moringa leaves
eggplant (sliced)
shrimp
Procedure:
1.Heat the pan. Add the oil.
2.Saute garlic and onion,until brown.Add the
shrimp. Simmer for 5mins.
3.Add 2cups of water, wait until it boils.
4.Add the squash and simmer for 3 mins.
5.Add the sitaw and eggplant, wait until it boils.
6.Add the okra and salt to taste. Simmer for
2mins.
7.Add the moringa leaves and serve.
Note: The shrimp can be peeled-off from its
shell before mixing.
