TORTANG MALUNGGAY
Ingredients:
garlic ( chopped )
onion ( chopped )
salt
pepper
2 cups of Moringga leaves
1 cup flour
2 eggs
oil
Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add all the ingredients. Add pepper and salt to taste.
2. Heat the pan and add the oil.
3. Scoop the mixture using a spoon or a measuring cup. (Depending on the size you want.)
4. Cook until brown and flip on the other side.
5. Repeat procedure 3 and 4 until all the mixtures are cooked.
