Tortang Talong


Ingredients:
1 Egg
Oil
Onion (chopped)
Garlic (chopped)
Salt 
Pepper
Tomato (cut into cubes)
5 Eggplant (boiled and peeled)

Procedure:
1. Beat the egg and add the onion, salt and garlic to taste.
2. Soak in 1 eggplant.
3. Heat  the pan and add the oil.
4. Put the soaked eggplant. Add some mixtures as toppings before flipping on the other side.
5. Repeat number 2 and 4 untill all are cooked.
