Recipe 1



Monggo Guisado
Ingredients:
Onion ( chopped) 
Garlic (minced) 
Tomato (chopped) 
1 teas oil, 
1 cup Monggo (boiled) 
Oidized salt, 
Moringa leaves, 
Fried Fish (optional)

Procedure:
1.Saute the garlic, onion and tomato in 1 teas oil until brown.
2.Add the Monggo. Simmer for 3 mins.
3.Add the fried fish. Remove the bones. Simmer for 2 mins.
4.Add salt to taste, let it boil.
5.Add the moringa leaves and serve.
